HVL: Richard, thank you so much for talking to us today. Can you please let our readers know how long have you been a Home Value Leads client and what kind of results have you seen?
Richard: Absolutely. I have been a client with Home Value Leads since January [of 2016]. As of the beginning of May, I have generated over 500+ total listing leads with about 25% of those being complete leads. HVL: What is your follow-up strategy with these leads?
Richard: My number one rule is to call them ASAP! The listing lead that just sold in April told me that she was impressed that I contacted her within minutes of submitting the home value request online.
HVL: Why do you think some agents are successful with our platform while others are not?
Richard: You have to believe it’s possible. You have to do the activity and not be afraid to contact people. You have to train on how to do presentations and how to close. Automated systems alone will not convert many people into clients.
HVL: Great advice Richard. Now, if you could give agents ONE piece of advice that would enhance their online lead generation and conversion, what would it be?
Richard: Try lots of variations until you find something that works. A slight change in copy or offer can make a difference. And call the leads ASAP.
